Andrea Paloma Mitarakis Namias is a Law graduate from the University of Chile (2023) and is currently completing her professional qualification process.
• During her studies, she participated as a research assistant in Civil Law and collaborated on the Fondecyt Project “Adolescentes Privados de Libertad”, directed by Professor Álvaro Castro (2023), contributing to the analysis and systematization of legal information.
• She also completed a specialization course in Sustainability and Social Economies offered by the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile (2021).
• Before joining Giroux Vial Abogados as an associate, she worked as a paralegal at the firm (2022–2024), gaining experience in criminal, civil, and antitrust litigation.
• Languages: Spanish, English.
