Roxana Belén Sánchez López holds a Law Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2023).
• During the second half of 2024, she completed her professional practice at the Public Criminal Defense Office, earning the highest distinction.
• Since 2024, Roxana has worked as a teaching assistant in the Criminal Law Department of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with Professor María Elena Santibañez. She also served as a teaching assistant in the Criminal Law Clinic at the same university, under the same professor, in 2023.
• Additionally, in 2025, she completed specialized and advanced courses on sexual offenses and the new “Recidivism Law.”
• Before joining Giroux Vial Abogados, Roxana completed an internship at ULDDECO, the specialized unit for money laundering, economic crimes, and organized crime within the National Prosecutor’s Office (2023-2022).
